period of time, the one deemed to be better initially, will always be better two months down the road. That is not the real world. In many, maybe even most cases that is true, but there are players whose switch goes on and they just begin to play much better, and others who become progressively worse. That doesn't make the initial evaluation wrong, nor the need to make the change inappropriate.
