I think he'll do whatever HE believes gives him the best chance at winning. He won't sacrifice a game in favor of protecting Lock's development or psyche.

Frankly, Lock needs to understand that as well.

Early on, at least, Odom is saying "every position is up for grabs" and again, early on at least, he'll need to back that up, even if it is the young QB.
