Elarbee is probably a fine coach, it's just the nature of the situation. This year is a trial-by-fire, if he passes (I have no reason to think he won't) I think recruiting will get somewhat easier.

We just have been punk'd by StL and KC linemen prospects for a long, long time - for the most part. The last staff planned around the OL for much of the tenure, assuming it would be a weak point staffing-wise.
