4-year players but overall I agree that getting the best players is what matters. But there is a subset of posters on this board who think that Frank Haith built a team the "wrong" way by using transfers in addition freshmen and that Kim is doing it the right way by using more 4-year players. I would argue that neither are right or wrong. The way to truly judge how a coach is building a program is by wins and losses. Frank Haith had his own roster by year 3 and won 23 games. Kim will have his own roster this year so we'll see if his method of building a program is as good as Haith's.
