Anderson has methodically improved the program simply by recruiting high school seniors and not quick fix transfers to stay semi competitive. The flashy quick turnaround, and high level recruits haven't been there, but honestly he did exactly what should have been done. Would have liked to see better defense with an emphasis, and emands to rebound the ball. Anderson has been a mess on the court, but I have no qualms with how he approached his program. Fire away
