taking aim from a position of cover. And the officer should have been trained in a professional fashion, which would include being taught to keep his finger off the trigger and on the frame until he is on target and ready to fire. WTF was his finger doing on the trigger if he wasn't planning on shooting? He was negligent in either case. He is lucky he did not kill one of those folks. Best of luck to him in his job search and the civil lawsuit.
