are the team leaders & best players on the team. That leads to unity - doesn't mean that it's going to be a good team though. Will that same level of unity be there when the beatdowns start?
In prior years, the best players - J3, Wes, Namon & Teki weren't the "coach's guys" - so they (the leaders) left.
