the entry criteria. It is illegal to enter if you don't meet the criteria, vetted or not.

Hence, many are here illegally and the biden admin abdicated their responsibility under law to vet.

Choosing to see it another way is simply being partisan - unless you actually feel the US intends no vetting for entry under law. I don't think you actually believe this.
