Trump is on from the American side, both republican and democrat, because so many are neocons bought into the Russia hysteria? And by bought into, I mean they are likely financially bought and therefore compromised, and some may be true believers. There are billions, really trillions, at stake here because so much of the US military's budget and the IC's budget is based on Russia Russia Russia.

The USSR was too valuable of an "enemy" to let go when they ceased being a communist country.
