typically present to Grand Juries? Fact witnesses and victims don't testify before GJs. Some of the evidence collected by investigators is described to the GJ. Just enough to secure an indictment. Prosecutors present evidence and witness testimony at trial and all of that is public information. Judges typically seal GJ proceedings, because the evidence presented was not subject to cross examination. Everything presented to the GJ was from the prosecution's side only.
