maybe near KC but still not consistent enough
The maintenance costs of them are $0.30 per KWH and we pay closer to $0.10 for our energy so that is 3X for dirty power as they are thrown in the trash after 20 years and won't decompose
Just drive by a windfarm and you will confirm that at least 10% are not working at any and all times
Imagine if the taxpayers didn't foot the bill for the original equipment, they'd be 4X or 5X the cost of current electricity
