Why are there no wind farms in Missouri?

You see tons of the giant windmills as soon as you cross into kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, but nothing in MO

Likely wouldn't be great in Southern MO with all the hills, but Northern MO is just as flat and full of farms as Iowa and Nebraska
