goes to SS and Medicare (up to the income limits for those taxes). Aliens filing with an ITIN will never get a penny of that back. Nor will those (illegally, so you don’t have to respond with that info) filing with a false SSN.

Using ITIN data for deportation purposes ensures that aliens will stop using an ITIN to report income/pay taxes.

That’s it, that’s the point.
