Are you serious? Taxes are automatically withdrawn from paychecks. Have you heard of 'tax withholding'? All taxpayers are required to file a return in order to get a refund. Most illegal aliens who file are claiming tax credits and end up paying very little taxes anyway. Clearly, you didn't think that post through, or you thought knowledgeable posters weren't paying attention. If a person uses a false social security number, or a false address or lists any other false information on their return, that's a federal felony. If they use false pretenses to apply for a social security number, that's a felony. These are federal crimes in addition to entering the country illegally. Almost all illegal aliens commit additional crimes. Trump was right in describing wetbacks as criminals.
