Unless some one with some sense rules Ukraine their will always be someone launching drone attacks into Russia. It does look as if Russia will take all of East Ukraine up to the Dnieper. The distance from Kiev to Russia is around 230 miles which will give them a buffer zone. If Ukraine joins BRICS they will eventually get some of that land back say 10 years or so.
