The KKK? White supremacists? it isn't a lack of money either.

No, it's something the left, dems, and even republicans don't want to discuss.

It's the failure of black leadership, and culture.

Instead of teaching personal responsibility, it's convenient (and good for getting $$$) to blame everything on racism. no need to learn from mistakes when it's never your fault.

To avoid poverty, graduate high school, don't use drugs, don't have a baby, don't commit a crime. 90% effective.

Instead of this, black culture is represented by rap featuring drug dealing, killing, mistreatment of women, and violence to maintain your "respect", and also belief that getting a good education is acting white.

More money doesn't fix that.

What's keeping black people down, is their own black leadership.
