So, they pretend it's still 1960's, and america's full of systemic racism.

It isn't.

As usual, most of this is for $$$. as if failing schools get cured with more money, ignoring the real reasons those schools are failing. Lack of accountability, culture, and complacency.

When everything is racist, nothing is.
