Harvard gets a grant to cure TDS by studying JG for $ 10 million dollars. Then, harvard takes on a cash grab 40% adminstrative fee for that grant.

They effectively steal money on each grant to fund their other bullshyte administration positions.

Those fee's should never be higher than 10%.

But stealing from US govt is free, easy, and no chance of punishment.

Plus, if we're being honest 40% of the grants are for useless shyte anyway.
