Kids 16 hears old with long and violent rap sheets. The leader of the animals was 11 when he started in the club.
So nyc did the logical thing and raised (not lowered) the age of adult criminality to either 17 or 18.
These precious little darlings must be protected so they can get DEI scholarships to harvard and organize protests against yids and western culture generally.
