You do realize that 90% of High School players don’t play “Competitive” travel ball and only pick up a glove and bat at the beginning of the High School season and put them down at the end of High School season. Let me know how she did on a travel ball team that went to Colorado over the summer. This just falls into the perennial trap of “We have some great recruits coming in next year that will make a big impact.” Yeah sure. The only problem is that none of those recruits are coming to Columbia.
