OH man now you are defending Marx.... What Marx never got was that Capitalism was the most Free system possible for the Human Animal.
Yes most Progressives are Authoritative in nature although they allow insane social behavior to be weaponized as a smoke screen of free will as the acquire power.
Conservatives understand the balance because we know there is no such thing as universal emancipation, this is 100% a myth and fantasy. Some form of power structure and control must be maintained.
The Human Psyche will not allow emancipation to ever come to fruition as we have evolved with power and survival dynamics hardwired into our core DNA.
Anyone who believes that the human race can every achieve some form of emancipation of not needing a Strong Form of Govt is loony level mentally ill.
