Go to a consumption tax, no need for the IRS.

Go to a flat tax, no need for an IRS.

Hell, stick with an income tax but eliminate all the exceptions and exemptions, no need for an IRS.

We need IRS agents because we have a tax code that was specifically written to make those agents necessary.
