pay little/no income tax. They still buy big ticket items

What is FL sales tax? They do quite well without income taxes. CA has a 6% sales tax rate in addition to income taxes and is still broke. It is a spending problem... not a revenue problem

What is the FL (0.8%) property tax rate? Property tax in CA is 1% and is still broke.
