It is not limited to black communities. It is not only black communities that have single parent families and that parent is too busy making a living to watch the kids 24-7. Motivate them etc. Look at the Ozarks for instance. The biggest problem that I see is the internet. It is difficult to get their attention and keep their attention because their brain goes back to what they wanna see on the computer after 15 minutes.
