One is an HR department full of white women who hire anyone who's not a white man. These diversity-based hiring incentives still exist in names other than "DEI".

The other is an ethnic enclave of Indians or Chinese who will hire other Indians or Chinese, ideally through H-1B.

There's tons of data proving this to be true and Sal's apparently upset at white men talking about it.
