are superior in nearly every way. There are some great Indians, just like there are some great Chinese. But Indian culture is a scammer culture. They openly lie about their education and experience, ridiculously so. Management often doesn’t have a strong tech background to see through the BS. Their resumes look like they are far better skilled than Americans. And they will work for less money. A seeming win-win for management.

Yet when management pulls in a tech subject matter expert during the resume review and interviews process, the BS gets exposed.

Looking at resumes, it is easy to point out red flags. Their resumes list extremely diverse skills within a field in a very short period of time. Their resumes show a lot of job hopping across multiple industries. Comparing with other Indian resumes, they all magically have the same buzzword skills designed to get past HR filters.

The job hopping is due to them staying ahead of response to their incompetence. They get hired on, they suck at the job, they jump before management has a case to fire them.
