that highly rated recruits like Nwaneri think that they're better than the established players on the team.

They generally aren't, especially the upperclassmen. They are better than other freshman, hence the 5 star rating. But other players on the team have developed past his level already.

These types of recruits need to understand that they still need to earn it.
