never ever leave because they were such boy scouts and would remain true to Ole Mizzou no matter how much money they were offered.
Instead of attacking someone that is pursuing their own self-interest, how about we compete for every recruit every day making sure to maintain a viable core for next season?
That's the job today.
We can cry about it.
We can say it's wrong.
We can tell ourselves the legislature or the Supreme Court is going to intercede on our behalf and make our players stay.
Or we can acknowledge that today's college football is NIL-on-NIL violence and if we're not prepared as a fanbase to conduct that sort of warfare we can watch Mizzou drop to the bottom of the SEC.
At least the rules are clear now.
Formally we got gut-punched by 'Bama & Georgia et al who were conducting themselves like this while our admin attempted to play within the rules and not get death penalties.
The results on the field were usually less than desired.
Now the results on the field are 100% how bad the fans want it.
We're the owners.
We're the boss.
Do something to organize us better maybe, but don't whine about the way things are - they're better than they were...
