The OOC games only have to be used to 'establish a resume' if Sankey doesn't do his job.
Sankey didn't do his job, Texas & Oklahoma fell into his lap and he completely missed the boat on the results it would create.
Whether SEC teams play B1Gs in their OOC is an emergency measure to show more SEC in the CFP is correct.
None of this relates to the wildly unqualified SMUs getting in ever.
No byes for conference championships and let only one or two total from mid-majors or ACC or Big 12.
SEC/B1G 10 teams, others get the scraps from the table.
