Clemson or ASU/ISU. In fact all the teams listed only have 2 wins over ranked teams combined. Boise St.'s only loss was to #1 ranked Oregon by 3 points on the road, and they have a Heisman candidate RB (and at least they were willing to go on the road and face them). We'll see how that compares to Penn St. facing them at a neutral site. I don't like Boise St. but when they've gotten into big games in the past they've stood up and won them. I have zero problems with them being in the playoffs.
