ludicrous out of conference schedules, demand these teams fill these slots, so you can rack up meaningful "wins" to be weighed and considered by the Committee and then lock them out of this playoff system.

It make no sense. How can you have a national playoff system and lock 85% of teams out of the system?

Either start playing decent out of conference schedules and legitimately avoid these teams as any part of the system or put up and shut up with this system.
