The cops were not too aggressive, they were simply forcing Hill to comply with simple instructions he refused to comply on his own. When you refuse a lawful order from a cop whatever happens after they is on you. If he had rolled down his window or stepped out of his car or sat on the curb they would have simply wrote him a ticket and sent him on his way. He chose to beat dick and escalate it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
