the tinted window. Cop has no idea if he’s now pointing a gun at him.

Now because Tyreek ignored their demands I think they had every right to cuff him however they needed to make he wasn’t strapped. Now once you realize he’s no longer a threat….then they douched out big time. Same with going after his teammate.
