As a Black adult, driving fast and getting pulled over, you learn to be compliant. He resisted as is his nature. The officers are concerned for their safety and have no idea what he's doing as the window goes up. He could have had weapons. Miami isn't COMO and is excessively violent. They didn't recognize him, here he is driving an expensive car, they easily could have thought he could be a potentially violent gangbanger. I'm sure some of their buddies have been gunned down in similar situations. Get it?
