You've got great in state recruiting possibilities / targets year after year, it's the only legit D1 program in the state and the expectations are not crazy high like at an Ohio State or Alabama.

Now with NIL, you've got deep pockets available and a progressive legislature on that issue. Great campus, easy to sell to recruits. Now they play in a great conference. Supportive AD in terms of facilities and will pay for success.

Lot of built in advantages that make it a great program for a coach to STAY AT, not necessarily want to build again.
