but behind the scenes is kinda messy currently - outgoing university president scandal, facilities that are good, but also somewhat dated and not on the same level as their perceived peers Bama, Georgia, etc. UF also has to constantly battle FSU, Miami (we saw how that went last weekend) and up and comer UCF in their backyard too for recruits, resources and so on.

Not sure Drink would wanna walk into that situation vs. what he already has (and is building currently) in CoMO - facility upgrades, NIL, strong relationships with the board of curators and pres., etc.
