And yes, I would strongly prefer a lawyer who scored highly on his LSAT over one who scored poorly.
Same with ACT/SAT. I'd be more likely to hire someone who scored in the top 10 percentile. I've seen recent college graduates include it on their resume for that reason (I did, and it helped me land a 6-figure job at a Fortune 500 company straight out of college... although my scores were 99th percentile).
