(and by POTUS, I mean his administration / DoJ) - zounami MU - 5/23 13:18:43
You don’t have to be a lawyer to be a judge (nm) - pickle MU - 5/23 13:04:53
          Just a minority.(nm) - shorty MU - 5/23 15:42:59

especially for Dem appointments... - zounami MU - 5/23 13:08:35
...really, you must only be a minority & leftwing activist (nm) - zounami MU - 5/23 13:09:17
     And I bet 99% were left-wing radical ass holes. Nm - hokie VT - 5/23 12:48:39

Not sure what LSAT scores have to do with it.(nm) - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 12:48:35
LSAT stats are pretty worthless (nm) - TigerJackSwartz MU - 5/23 13:32:03
other than being the #1 admission criteria for all the top - zounami MU - 5/23 13:33:51
                    Which a lot of schools are dropping.(nm) - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 14:05:46
Indeed. That was my point in a reply below... - zounami MU - 5/23 14:12:21
          just a Boomer rant - pickle MU - 5/23 13:05:29
          it's a standardized test that measures how competent a - zounami MU - 5/23 12:59:21
The test doesn’t determine how good of a lawyer - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 13:01:02
it's widely believed to have a strong correlation with - zounami MU - 5/23 13:03:04
                         I don't believe that's correct. It has a strong correlation - *M* KC - 5/23 13:06:49
why do you think law schools care so much about LSAT?... - zounami MU - 5/23 13:10:28
LSAT doesn’t test legal knowledge nor does it test debate - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 13:26:32
it tests the skillsets that make a good attorney, including - zounami MU - 5/23 13:27:54
Not completely. ACT/SAT does not determine success either. - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 13:30:27
                                                  There's a strong correlation though. *Again*, that's why - zounami MU - 5/23 13:32:46
Standardized tests are both good and bad - meatiger MU - 5/23 14:00:58
No. There is only a strong correlation to first year law - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 13:33:45
The only people who claim that are lawyers who scored poorly - zounami MU - 5/23 13:34:33
So you ask your lawyer what his/her LSAT was? You - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 13:38:53
The ABA made that change for DEI reasons... - zounami MU - 5/23 13:45:38
The purpose of the LSAT is essentially to predict your first - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 14:11:39
The purpose of the LSAT is for top law schools to select - zounami MU - 5/23 14:16:18
LSAT is designed as a predictor of first year grades. That - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 14:21:17
All standardized tests have the same purpose: To objectively - zounami MU - 5/23 14:24:22
Are you in the Mensa Society too?(nm) - meatiger MU - 5/23 14:05:05
no, but I took an official/proctored IQ test to get into a - zounami MU - 5/23 14:07:49
People who tout their test scores - meatiger MU - 5/23 14:14:40
Again, the article I cited shows that the LSAT does not - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 14:01:15
Are you really this naive? The reason standardized test - zounami MU - 5/23 14:11:36
The naive one is you. You don’t even understand the purpose - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 14:13:24
The purpose is the same for every standardized test... - zounami MU - 5/23 14:20:51
                                                                           lol (nm) - TigerJackSwartz MU - 5/23 13:50:35

                                                                                     Of you? No. I’d hate to have autism.(nm) - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 13:59:26
oops, did you forget to switch handles? (nm) - zounami MU - 5/23 14:00:21
                                                                                               Nope. (nm) - TigerMatt STL - 5/23 14:01:55
                                             ...again, there's a reason it's the #1 admission criteria - zounami MU - 5/23 13:29:34
Because it predicts law school grades, and they want - *M* KC - 5/23 13:12:25
they all succeed. Harvard law doesn't care if their - tman MU - 5/23 13:18:04
They want the best legal minds. Man, I feel sorry for your - zounami MU - 5/23 13:16:59
                              then you're misinformed (nm) - zounami MU - 5/23 13:09:51
                                   Actually, no, I'm not - *M* KC - 5/23 13:11:38
Yes, you are... and you sound like someone who scored - zounami MU - 5/23 13:16:09
                                             LOL tell us how many lawyers you've hired - *M* KC - 5/23 13:17:58
I bet I'd score higher than you on the LSAT (nm) - zounami MU - 5/23 13:22:14
RE: I bet I'd score higher than you on the LSAT (nm) - *M* KC - 5/23 13:22:59
You don't remember your LSAT score? Haha, either you're - zounami MU - 5/23 13:24:57
