Also, the court in Coleman's case said the suspension was too punishing, not that he shouldn't be suspended. The student committee is who tried to suspend him for an entire semester because of a misdemeanor.
Also, Underwood's best minority player is charged with felony rape, so people should understand that a suspension is the "normal" course of action, but apparently Shannon is spending his NIL money (yeah, right) on some attorney's to take his suspension to court.
Also, your point above was that Underwood could be sued if he didn't play him, which is what this discussion is addressing...
