So, this reads as a He Said/She Said with the entire encounter not on camera, not witnessed by anyone, not tied to any DNA and lasting less than a minute, the fingering according to her was less than 5 seconds and she blacked out and can't remember anything.
And this tweet is not exactly helping her case:
"After she was touched, she did not push him away because she was trying to contemplate what happened and blacked out. She could not remember telling medical examiners that TSJ was groping her all around her private part which is different than what she told police and testified to. She could not recall telling medical examiners that she smoked before the medical examination. She did not change her underwear or shower before the medical examination. She admitted to the police she was not physically restrained by TSJ. She testified “no force was involved” which is an element to prove the charges against him. She won’t argue at trial. She had no time to consent to what happened because it all happened so fast."
