With the absurdity of the gag order on Trump, only, with the prosecution not telling the defense which witnesses are coming up, and with the specific charges unacknowledged before the trial began that superior courts could not step in and at least admonish the state for their poor and unfair performance.

It's like watching a crime being committed, but you have to wait until the crime is completed and the bad guys have run away before calling the cops.
