If these gag orders are unconstitutional, shouldn't a superior court or an appeals court be able to stop that in mid corruption?

Shouldn't the prosecution provide a list of witnesses to the defense? Why can't a Superior Court intervene at this time?

If they have to play out this entire trial and then go through the procedures to appeals court after appeals court, it may be too late.

Do any lawyers here know if there has to be a formal appeal of filed before a superior court can intervene? And must the trial be completed before the appeal can be filed?
