the slope wasn't designed for the seats to be closer.

You'd almost have to go back and modify the East stands, at least the lower section and steepen them

That said for the $250 million we are spending on the NEZ we could have almost had a new stadium a few years ago

**** poor planning and now the cost of $$$$$ is too high to do the right things. May have happened if we didn't need to save a life and reset/set-back the program 5-7 years
