When there is space left for ambuguity, that is what happens. Which is why I have argued your definition of "law and order" is absurd.

You continually ignore the root of the problem and that is how and why laws are made here, and then the refusal of legislators to go back and fix a law when it is abused.

It then just becomes more room for stupid R vs D arguments
