because so many laws are both open ended, and have crimes with no victims anyways. When you have that, you can prosecute anything. The problem is laws, not the abuse of laws because of "discretion". Then we have a supreme court that has a history of helping that along anyways.

Everything needs to be simplified. But both sides want the deep state weapons for when they need it.

And with that, we will continue to have two parties that are both in power, but constantly changing powers, and low approval rates.
