turn it around after a couple more years. My concern is there is little evidence Gates can evaluate talent, recruit adequate talent for this level or coach up the talent he has to work with. I don't care that he is reportedly a fine man and that many of his coaching peers and the tv analysists respect him and seem to support him. 19 straight losses is the evidence we have to work with and it is damning.
