for an insurance non-renewal next year and your insurance costs to double

Almost every major insurance carrier has pulled out of the large-scale habitational market here in the midwest (condos, apartments)

State Farm, American Family, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual (and others) have all stopped writing large-scale habitational risks in the past 12 months.

A lot of it is having to go into excess/high-risk markets like Lloyds of London for 2x - 3x the price
