We got kinda lucky on the roofs within our HOA

Not sure our HOA was well enough funded or on the way to be funded to replace roofs in the next 10 years.

I guess a big hail storm through last summer and they were/are replacing all the roofs for the whole community. we got an assessment, but only have to cover the insurance deductible (not sure why that was not covered by the roof fund, but did not feel like getting the details). It was a couple hundred bucks
