sean snyder would have been far better off to have left his father and learned the profession under other successful coaches. the same is true for klein. he needs to see other ways: recruiting, nil, schemes, competition, conferences, boosters, administration, and so on, to ready himself for a head coaching gig down the road. if all goes well at aTm, he'll be gone in 3-5 years.
