and I think Drink will win some big "upsets" too over time.

The big difference is that Drink has only one WTF loss in 4 years. Boston College. And even that might not count because we were pretty early in the rebuild and we knew we had some talent problems, especially at QB.

Pinkel had a bunch of WTF games. Multiple early losses to ku. Troy, New Mexico, Iowa St, Texas Tech, Navy (which does not correlate to the Army loss) and so on.



Pinkel had more big wins and Drink has been more predictable.

We'll see if Drink's ceiling approaches what Pinkel did, but I do like the progress at this point.
